This stylish venue features exposed brick walls and a wood panelled bar with sofa’s, booths and a large dance floor. They host regular live music events and club nights played by some of Sheffield’s best-known resident DJ’s. Soyo also provides a very popular cocktail masterclass where you can learn how to create your own cocktails (and of course drink them). Check out the regular house, electronica and dance nights, plus big-name DJs and live acts. There’s a broad crowd that goes, but the common theme is that everyone has a passion for music. Showing live local and touring bands every day of the week between 7pm-11pm and local cover bands on Friday and Saturday there is no better place to watch up and coming bands in Sheffield. It’s an intimate venue, with a killer D&B sound system, great staff and all the right components to create a special atmosphere. They showcase a diverse range of music and club nights to a warm and friendly crowd. Behind the bar they have a wide selection of drinks offers printed on A4 paper and plastered on the walls, you must see it to believe it. Their signature drinks to try are the infamous ‘Coco-Milko’ (an alcoholic chocolate milk) and if you’re feeling adventurous the ‘Chuck Norris Shot’ but be warned it comes with vodka and chilli powder.

Viper is situated in the hustle and bustle of carver street and is aimed at a ‘quality-driven-dress-to-impress’ stylish crowd so don’t be surprised if you get turned away in white trainers. However, for all those who are lucky enough to get in this venue offers a split-level clubbing experience, with a cellar style nightclub downstairs and a cocktail bar with large dance floor upstairs. The venue has a 300 person capacity and is available to hire for events. Serving lavish cocktails, champagne, spirits by the bottle and a selection of VIP tables available for hire under reservations this is the place to go if you are feeling a little flush. One of south Sheffield best dance venues. Expect plenty of techno and electro alongside disco, dubstep and drum'n'bass — its main room is where it all goes down but, unlike quite a few clubs, you're likely to have just as good a time in its second space.

Expect to party to straightforwardly good playlists; Code doesn’t pigeonhole itself, booking whoever it likes, so long as they’ll get people to dance, for this reason, there’s a weighting towards house and disco, spiced with techno. The residents are always amazing. Code is a cool nightclub and bar in the heart of the Sheffield. With different events on regularly, it is the perfect student venue, while cheap drink deals are the perfect excuse for going out on a Wednesday. But come round on the weekends and this party venue is open until the early hours of the morning.
