Our 6 and seven bedroom apartments provide modern spacious living/kitchen/dining areas for individual students in Sheffield, with private bedrooms, each equiped with study desk and chair.
The living rooms feature south facing floor to ceiling windows which let in the sunlight all day and have two separate private balconies for when you need some fresh air.

All our indvidual student rooms share these essential white goods including 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing/drying machines and a waste disposal unit. The washing/drying machines and one freezer are housed in a separate utility room off the living room.
As well as the white goods the living area also features a breakfast bar with stools, 3 comfy sofas, dining table with chairs and a Smart TV. Each student room is fully furnished with a double bed, draws, desk with chair and a wardrobe. Lastly the property contains 3 luxury bathrooms.

Transport Links
There is a bus stop just outside the building on West Street where you can catch a bus service to either university. Bus routes going to The University of Sheffield Western Bank campus are the 51, 52 and 95 which you can catch from the city centre. Bus routes going to Sheffield Hallam City Campus are 81, 82, 83, 85 or 88. Remember: most bus operators in Sheffield provide a £1 student single bus fare if you show your SHU or NUS card.
There is also a Supertram service stop just outside the property with routes to some of the most popular places in Sheffield including: Sheffield Arena, Valley Centertainment , Ponds Forge and Meadowhall shopping centre. There are also discounted student tickets called the ‘Unirider’ available through the stagecoach website.
