A lovely leafy suburb of Sheffield, the second most popular area with students after the city centre, close to The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus. There are a few nice pubs and shops where students go before heading into town. Fulwood Road is still a bustling place where you can find hip cafés and live performance venues. What is especially great about Broomhall is that whilst being close to the universities it’s also a very quick walk into the city centre. Our Broomhall Street 6 bed houses are in between Broomhill and the city centre, if you are a large group you can take both for a massive 12 bed property. Fairfield House and Lodge are ideal for students wanting to live in a beautiful student area, set in its own grounds the property consists of three separate students only buildings. You will regularly see students enjoying the grounds socialising with each other. There is also a communal games room and free parking! Broomhill and Broomhall are two popular areas for students to live in Sheffield, and there are several reasons why they are great places to live: Proximity to Universities: Broomhill and Broomhall are located close to both the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. This means that students can easily walk or cycle to lectures, saving time and money on transportation costs. Amenities: Both areas have a wide range of amenities, including supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Ecclesall Road
A four-mile road full of a high quality mix and independent bars and shops. Slowly being taken back by the locals with students moving into the city centre. Walking down ‘Eccy Road’ you will pass countless store windows that are beautifully decorated all year round. it’s home to kooky brands, boutique beauty bars and a mix of proper pubs and achingly hip restaurants. You’ll also be able to get your fix of cheap eats with KFC and Nando’s being amongst the most popular. Whilst it’s not got the proximity to the universities or as many amenities as the city centre Ecclesall Road is still an option for students. Fairfield House and Lodge are the perfect distance in between The University of Sheffield and Ecclesall Road, great for students wanting to make the most out of the area. Ecclesall Road is however more popular with Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus students, and so Fairfield is a great choice for anyone at Collegiate with rooms from 5 to 7 available. If you’re a group of 4 or 5 and then Cemetery Road are two lovely apartments very close to Ecclesall Road.
